May 30–June 6, 2027 | Hosted by Raelynn and Aaron Haynes
Optional Amazon extension: June 6–9, 2027 | Limited to 15 participants
Explore Peru with us—from Lima’s oceanfront neighborhoods and unforgettable food to the winding rivers and extraordinary wildlife of the Amazon rainforest.
Join Raelynn and Aaron Haynes for Willow Amazonia, an eight-day Peru yoga and adventure retreat that brings together culture, cuisine, nature, and connection. We’ll begin in Lima, where coastal walks, a traditional Peruvian food tour, a Palomino Islands adventure, and a special fine-dining evening introduce you to the city's flavors and beauty.
Then we’ll trade city streets for rainforest trails as we fly to Puerto Maldonado and continue by boat to EcoAmazonia Lodge. Settle into your bungalow, wake to the sounds of the jungle, and explore the Amazon through guided hikes, canoe outings, and wildlife excursions. Yoga, meditation, and a cacao ceremony offer moments to slow down and take it all in.
There’s room for both adventure and rest. Join the included excursions, spend an afternoon by the pool, or settle into a riverside hammock. Every excursion is optional, so you can choose the pace that feels right for you.
Want to stay a little longer? Continue with us to Refugio Amazonas for three additional nights of rainforest exploration, yoga, and connection with the natural world.
Our all-inclusive retreat includes accommodations, scheduled domestic flights within Peru, the included group meals and lodge meals, and all listed main-retreat excursions. Alcohol, meals during independent free time, and independently booked excursions are extra. The Amazon extension is available at an additional cost.
Begin your journey at NAIA Hotel in Lima’s Miraflores neighborhood, a comfortable base for exploring the city’s coastal scenery, restaurants, and local culture. Individual travelers will have private rooms during our Lima stay; couples and families traveling together will share accommodations.
Leave the city behind and settle into a rainforest bungalow at EcoAmazonia Lodge. Our jungle home brings together guided adventures, shared meals, and time to unwind. Between outings, enjoy the pool, relax in a riverside hammock, or simply listen to the forest around you.
Extend your journey with three nights at Refugio Amazonas, an ecolodge in the Tambopata region where rainforest exploration meets conservation. Enjoy guided wildlife outings, yoga, and quiet time surrounded by nature, with opportunities to learn about the Amazon’s remarkable ecosystems.
Arrive in Lima and settle into NAIA Hotel Miraflores. Take time to unpack and get settled before gathering for our included welcome dinner. Meet your fellow travelers and celebrate the beginning of our Peruvian adventure.
Discover Miraflores and Barranco, take in views from Lima’s coastal cliffs, and watch surfers along the shoreline. A traditional Peruvian food tour introduces you to local flavors during an approximately four-hour experience. In the evening, enjoy time to explore local parks, sights, and Miraflores' energy.
Head out on an approximately four-hour Palomino Islands excursion, keeping an eye out for sea lions, seabirds, and penguins. Those who wish may join an optional short swim with sea lions; the water is cold, and wetsuits are provided. Afterward, gather for a cliffside lunch in Miraflores. This evening, enjoy a special group dinner celebrating Peruvian cuisine.
Take an included flight to Puerto Maldonado, then continue by boat to EcoAmazonia Lodge. Settle into your bungalow and begin exploring your new surroundings with a planned visit to Caimán Cocha for wildlife watching. Enjoy dinner, followed by an evening of gentle yoga and meditation.
Begin with morning yoga and breakfast before heading out on a guided excursion. Return for time to relax by the pool, rest in a hammock, or enjoy a quiet afternoon. Another planned outing offers more opportunities to explore before dinner, followed by gentle evening yoga and meditation.
Start with yoga and breakfast, then visit a local cacao village. Enjoy time to rest between excursions, then gather for dinner. End the day with meditation and a cacao ceremony.
Enjoy morning yoga, breakfast, and another day of guided exploration. Take in the forest, waterways, and wildlife, with time between outings to enjoy the lodge at your own pace. Gather for dinner and a closing evening of yoga or meditation.
Travel back toward Puerto Maldonado. Guests completing the main retreat will fly to Lima, while those joining the optional extension will continue to Refugio Amazonas for the next chapter of our journey.
